How to safely take down barn doors.
We roughly worked from the top down keeping just enough stability so it stayed upright but causing just enough weakness to pull down whole walls at once.
The 2 end doors slide to the center and the center one slides over the end door on the right.
Then take off the clamps or the locking pliers and slowly close the door.
Use your screwdriver to remove all the hinges and other fittings.

If the wood is free of rot and damage it could either be sold as reclaimed wood or used to build a new barn or structure.

The doors will need pivots installed at both the top and bottom to allow them to roll in the tracks.

Gently hammer the pivots into the pre existing holes then align the pivots into the top track bracket.
All we are looking to do is keep the doors locked there are 3 in total on the front and they are side sliding.
