Remove the existing door by pulling out the hinge pins and lifting it off of the hinges.

Step 1 remove existing door.
The strike plunger enters a strike plate on the jamb and keeps the door closed locked or both.
Align the lock side of the jamb using wedges to create a 3mm gap around the door.
