How to put up wall paneling.
Mark the paneling seam with a pencil.
Wait until you get the paneling up on that section before you move on to another one.
Move the sheet of paneling out of the way.

1 with a helper position the first panel at one corner of the room but do not apply panel adhesive yet.
Only apply the panel adhesive to one section of the wall.
Pull the panel away from the wall and let the adhesive become tacky.
Adhesive may be used to fasten panels to a smooth well adhered surface.
Repeat every 10 inches 25 4 cm up down and across the section of the wall where the first plywood panel will go.
Place the panel on the wall and press it into the adhesive.
Load a caulking gun with a tube of panel adhesive and apply a small dab of it on the wall about every 10 inches.
On the back of each panel place a 1 4 bead of adhesive about 1 from the edges of the panel.
Gently remove any crown moulding baseboards and trim you plan on using again.
Smear a quarter size amount of the panel adhesive onto the wall.
For best results set the paneling in the room for a few days before you install it.
Install the panels to the wall studs with finishing nails or a pneumatic nailer.
Secure the paneling to the wall with panel adhesive and finishing nails.
